Welcome to Savvy Dolphins Swim Academy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and learning platform. By Buying courses from savvy dolphins, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child in swimming lessons at Savvy Dolphins Swimming Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and the academy, designed to protect both parties and ensure smooth operation.

2. Registration & Payments

- An annual registration fee of AED 50 applies to all clients and includes our signature swim cap.

- All payments must be made in advance before commencing any classes.

- Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, or online payment.

- All registrations/bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

- Any bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

- Receipts are available upon request.

- Renewal must be completed before package expiry to continue at the same rate.

- Discounts, if applicable, will be applied to the main package price.

3. Packages & Validity

- Sessions are valid only within the purchased package period (1 month or 3 months).

- Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

- Missed sessions cannot be carried forward to the next package.

4. Attendance & Cancellations

- A maximum of 2 cancellations per month are allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Up to 2 make-up sessions may be arranged by the academy, subject to schedule availability.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

- If a lesson is cancelled by Savvy Dolphins Swimming Academy, a make-up class shall be offered for the benefit of the client.

- All private lessons must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

- Clients must arrive on time for each session. In cases of lateness, the lesson will end at the scheduled time (e.g., if 10 minutes late to a 30-minute class, the session will run for 20 minutes only).

5. Booking & Scheduling

- Swimming lessons follow a quarterly calendar, available from our admin team via WhatsApp.

- Class days/times may need to change as students progress through different levels.

- Occasionally, coaches may be substituted or schedules adjusted — this does not entitle clients to a refund.

6. Coaching Schedule

- Coaching continues throughout the year, including public and Eid holidays, unless otherwise notified by Savvy Dolphins Swimming Academy.

7. Behavior & Pool Rules

- Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before class with the required swim gear (cap, goggles, swimsuit).

- A light snack only is advised before lessons. No food, drinks, or chewing gum are permitted around the pool area.

- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after lessons.

8. Marketing & Media

- Photographs and video recordings may be taken during sessions for marketing and educational purposes (including social media, websites, posters, and e-marketing).

- If you do not wish your child to appear in such media, please inform your coach on the day.

9. Medical Conditions

- It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any existing medical conditions or changes in health.

- All medical information provided will remain strictly confidential.

10. Liability

Savvy Dolphins Swimming Academy and any associated venues will not be held liable for death, personal injuries, damage, or loss of belongings during coaching sessions. Participation is at the client’s own risk.
